Steve Grant

President and Founder, Technology Consultant

Steve brings more than 20 years of information technology consulting and software development experience to the Objective Arts' team. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, Steve oversees technology teams on Object-Oriented design, software project management and software development methods. He also provides strategy and management consulting to clients who are implementing critical technology initiatives.

Prior to founding Objective Arts, Steve managed large-scale development initiatives for both Viant Corporation and CloserLook, Inc. Early in his career he worked on large-scale systems for the City of Chicago and the University of Chicago. He has an extensive background in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, Java, J2EE and the Unified Modeling Language.

Steve holds an MBA in Finance and a Master of Arts in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude, from Tufts University.

Joe Lobraco

Director of Technology

Joe is responsible for technical architecture and overall system design at OA.

Joe is a veteran C and Java programmer. He has developed mission critical software for Motorola and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). He was the Principal Architect and Designer of the real-time Order Entry and Market Data systems for futures, options, and other derivatives at the CME. Joe is a specialist in high performance systems where milliseconds and even microseconds matter. At OA he focuses on java programming and develops messaging, notification, and web frameworks. Joe is also an Open Source software specialist and a Red Hat Certified Linux Engineer. Joe received his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Davide Bonicelli

Director of SMR Product Development

Davide leads OA's efforts is developing the SMR product line. He is responsible for engineering direction and development as well as overall product decision making. Davide has extensive experience in software engineering and particular experience in the Google Web Toolkit(GWT) framework. In addition he has developed solutions across multiple cloud-based SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Netsuite, and Pervasive. He has deep knowledge of the Amazon AWS platform having worked extensively with S3 and EC2 across multiple configuration and production scenarios.

Davide received is Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago
