Providing Management and Measurement Tools for Residential Treatment Settings

OA collaborates with government agencies and universities to deliver software applications to collect, organize, and report on client/patient assessment information using a variety of industry standard and proprietary survey instruments. Collecting this data over time, using the application to enhance the quality of the data and the frequency of collection, allows for higher efficiency for client services staff, as well as improved decision-making in allocating resources, budgeting, and optimizing service for management. This data collection automation and integration provides a means for oversight staff and agencies to quickly obtain relevant data on performance and quality of service.

OA recently delivered a Residential Treatment Agency application to a major state agency that allows agency workers to quickly capture client information on academic, vocational, medical, as well as Ansell-Casey and CANS assessment tools. This application handles over 1000 state clients and provides their caseworkers with a simple user interface that presents all of their current work tasks, cutting down on or completely eliminating paper files, and providing means to study and compare their entire evaluation history for all clients under their care or oversight.
